Hi there,
I have a rope.
Is there a way to child a transform, renderer to the rope and specifuiclally a particle attachment so that this transform rednerer is always, whereever the selected particle attachment is, relative to its rope?
Basically, I would like a spehre to always be at the end of the rope.
Thanks

I have a boxcollider, when the player trigger it I want to "move" the rope
But when the player onTriggerExit the rope will be freeze.
How can I do that with attachments? How can I freeze or unfreeze it?

[FIXED] Issue with NativeMultilevelGrid.cs |

I was getting the error: error CS1061: 'UnsafeList<K>' does not contain a definition for 'length' for NativeMultilevelGrid.cs.
The fix was: changing the contents.length to contents.Length on line 74.
Leaving this here in case someone needs it!

Resetting rope end positions when attaching the rope |

Hello again, after studying the documentation I realized that when I change the target in ObiParticleAttachment the particle remain in the positions they were, however now the ParticleGroup is bound to a different transform.
This causes problems as I need to attach the end of the rope to a clearly marked location, instead it only binds to attachment position without resetting its own.

Hi All.
Looking for ideas on how to approach making a rubbery tentacle/octopus arms that will have whip stretchy like action to grab things.
When you walk I'd like it to dangle and bounce like its made of rubber (maybe use Obi-Softbody) and when it attacks/ whip / swipe like action.
behaving most like a whip. Is this even possible / practical with procedural animation. Or should I just animate it in blender?
I already own Obi-Rope but getting the impression it won't behave like I want it to. Ie. Not the right approach.
Thank for any Ideas!
