I havent changed anything in the solver values. Just the Substeps is 5.
I'm unable to reproduce this, also never had similar reports from other users. Most sample scenes have multiple objects in the solver and they run fine.
Are you using custom meshes in these objects, and if so, are you sure they're 2-manifold? Non-manifold meshes are not supported by Obi and they can cause crashes at runtime if they pass the blueprint generating stage undetected, see:

I tried Two cloth_mesh and works.
