I noticed that obi FixedUpdate has huge performance impact. It makes it quite laggy on my Oculus quest.

Are there any tips to increase performance ?

Physics are being updated multiple times per frame (at least 7) as evidenced by your profiler. This is always a symptom of death spiralling. This can affect any physics in Unity, not just Obi. You should decrease your maximum fixed timestep or increase your fixed timestep, both can be found in Unity’s time settings. See: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-TimeManager.html
