Hi！
I have a question，when i made a rope and i did nothing，with time passing the rope look like become shrink.
Is there any method can fix it？
I upload two images so you can see the change.

Looks like it didn't shrink, it just bent. Probably you have very little/no friction on the floor, and very little/no bending constraint effect.

Use more contact friction to prevent the rope from sliding into a random shape, and/or use more bend constraint iterations. See:
