Sure:

Tear Compliance: Compliance is the inverse of stiffness, and roughly equivalent to elasticity. So this is the elasticity threshold for the cloth to tear. The lower this value, the easier it is to tear the cloth.

Tear rate: This is the rate at which cloth can tear, expressed in edges per simulation step. So for instance if you set this to 1, only the most stretched edge in the cloth will be susceptible of tearing each step. If you set this to 4, only the 4 most compliant edges are susceptible of tearing.

Tear debilitation: How much cloth debilitates around torn edges. High values will make it easier for cloth to continue tearing around already torn edges.
