Rope Moving Wildly

I've followed the example of the rope and joint scene to create a power cord connected to a machine on one end and a plug on the other end. 

As you can see in the attached video, the rope is moving wildly. I'm wondering how to correct this?

Hi Mike,

There's no video attached to your post. With so little info it's hard to know what's happening or why, my guess would be that you've attached the rope inside a collider. This will result in constraint fighting as explained in the manual:

This is because collisions want the rope to be outside the collider, but the attachment wants the rope to be inside. Both conditions are impossible to meet simultaneously, so the engine struggles. Simply disable collisions with the collider using filtering:
