I paid close attention to have all the same settings as in the Video (except there are a few more now since the updates).
When I set everything up and click play, the flag just shakes very little (like 3 seconds) and then stops and nothing happens anymore. After I disable distance constraints, it works but with strange behaviour. I can enable them after that, and it works as it should. But it does not work right away, I have to click them off/on in play mode.
Can you share a video of this behavior? Doesn't sound normal at all. Unless your solver's sleep threshold is too high for your time settings, the simulation should not stop anytime.
