It still isn't working for me in 2021.2.2f1 on Apple Silicon either. It shows up as a a small black spot in the top left corner, which goes away when toggling out of path edit mode, but I never can get the full path editor to show.

So far I've been unable to reproduce this, the window shows up for me. However, path gizmos don't. There seems to be quite some issues with gizmos/window rendering in 2021.2 though, not just with Obi but in general.

Any additional info you can give about your device? (retina/regular screen, GPU, etc)?

2021 MBP with M1 MAX using a 1920x1200 external monitor.

Given that resolution, not a high-density screen I suppose? just trying to rule out more exotic stuff, there used to be an issue in scene windows with retina/HD screens a while back. I was unable to reproduce this on Mac, but was able to in a couple Windows PCs. Really looks like a Unity issue.

2021.2 seems to have a great deal of issues regarding scene view rendering and gizmos/handles, it's just broken. In my case, I can't even see the regular rotate/translate/scale handles at random. Unity's forums are littered with posts about this right now:

Obi makes heavy use of Unity's scene window / handle API, so it's affected by this. Apparently they're fixing it for 2021.2.3. If time is an issue, I'd just revert back to a working version for a while.

I just tested on 2021.2.3f1 and it is working now! Looks like that was the issue.

Just make sure gizmos are enabled. Otherwise the path control gizmos nor the window will show up.

Yes, somehow the gizmos were disabled for ropes. I can now see the path editor afer enabling them. Thank you very much.
