Hi There, is there any effective way to do so?
I found out if you close and open obi rope actor it reconnect itself but that is now an efficient way to do so.
Does anyone have a better way to do it?

While mending ropes is not officially supported (since cutting is a destructive operation), you can find a workaround in this thread (post by user sbrabi) that will work in most cases:
