Is this possible to make ropes collide with each other? (and if yes then how to achieve this Sonrisa)

Yes. Just put the ropes in separate layers, and (if you're using 3.1 or above) click "Set particles to layer".

Also make sure that particle collision constraints are enabled in the solver.
