Help Skinned cloth is separated from character

Hi, I am trying to create cloth by using your plugin and following the guide on youtube. When I start the game, the simulation works, but the cloth is separate from the rest of the character and looks as if it only affected by the root joint. Why is this happening and how to fix it?
