I watched the video on youtube(https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=43&v=8HaSVKzU8ks) about collider of obi cloth. But there is no obi collider group. And I tried obi collider instead of that, error happen. What can I do?

This particular video is outdated. Follow the documentation on collision setup:
http://obi.virtualmethodstudio.com/tutorials/collisions.html
About the error, simply do what the message tells you to do: Add a collider component first (box, capsule, sphere, etc). At least one collider shape is required by the ObiCollider component.
