the Obi cloth has some compressive resistance - MakeLifeEasier - 08-05-2025 Hi Sir, I have a question I would like to ask. I believe the Obi cloth has some compressive resistance, but I would prefer it to have sufficient flexibility. When dragging one corner inward, I do not want it to move the entire net, as shown in (https://flightpoint1.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/2025-05-08-11-51-21.gif). Some parameter settings are shown in the attached picture. Could you please provide some suggestions for modifications? Best wishes, Chuang from China RE: the Obi cloth has some compressive resistance - MakeLifeEasier - 08-05-2025 I found that the compressive resistance improved significantly when the particle mass was changed from 0.0001 to 0.00001. ![]() RE: the Obi cloth has some compressive resistance - josemendez - 09-05-2025 Hi! Compressive resistance is controlled by the "max compression" parameter in the ObiCloth component. Yours is set tp 0.9 which means the rest distance between particles can get reduced up to 90% before they resist compression. Setting it to 1 will completely remove any compression resistance. kind regards, |
