Best Solver setup?? - davood.kh - 03-07-2021 hi, can i use multi solvers on specific scene? some solver for cloth and another one for rope or softbody? and what is the best solver settings to achieve good smooth results on a lot of softbodies and clothes and ropes on single scene on VR? [Oculus Quest 2] There's no globally "best" solver settings. The best settings for a specific scene depend a lot on what you're simulating and what your time budget for simulation is. Also, solver settings are not the only important settings in a physics engine. How you represent your objects (blueprint settings, in Obi) and how you step your simulation (timestep settings) are equally important. A good starting point is the default settings, depending on what the outcome is you can further adjust them for more quality or better performance. |
