I bought Obi Rope to creating pulley system for my VR game and I'm not luck with it, after several research I bought Filo and it work great, so I come here to request refund Obi Rope. Hope you will accept this.

Sure, just write to support(at)virtualmethodstudio.com stating your Obi Rope invoice number. I just need that one (not Filo’s invoice number) to be able to perform the refund.
Note that during Christmas, the refunf process can take a bit longer. Cheers!
