I just wanted to ask if Obi Fluid works with Skinned Meshes (collisions and interactions with them).

Hi!

No engine will even attempt to calculate contacts with deformable meshes directly (as it is extremely expensive), Obi is no exception.

The usual approach to this is approximating the character shape by parenting primitive colliders to limb bones. This works in Obi too.
