Are Full Body Volumetric Softbodies available in 6.4?

I'm considering buying Obi Softbody, but I need it specifically for the FBVS feature that is shown in these two videos from two years ago:

Even if it's not in a polished state, can I get access to what is shown in the videos when I buy the asset?
