I was trying to have an Obi Softbody object collide with an Obi Fluid, is that possible? Thank you.

Hi!

Yes, all Obi actors can collide with each other. Note however that Obi uses particle-based collision detection, so depending on what you want to achieve this can lead to tunneling.
