ObiRope (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/to...rope-55579) does support anisotropic stiffness, and is specifically designed for ropes, tubes, cables, rods, and similar objects. If you find out you purchased the wrong asset for your needs I have no problem performing a refund for ObiSoftbody.

Oh no. Thank for the suggestion. So, before I buy ObiRope, please let me know that the asset can set a tube-like a Nasogastric Tube (Please see on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Abf3Gd6AaZQ). 

p.s. If ObiRobe can set a tube-like that I want, I happy to buy it and I will not refund ObiSoft body too.

Yes, that's precisely its intended use case: long, thin, flexible objects.

ObiRope includes two types of actors: ropes and rods. Note that if you need to control twisting (torsion along the main axis), rods are the better choice. See:
