The title says it all.  Is there a straightforward way to repair a rope that has been torn?

Hi there,

Not currently, sorry Triste. Tearing, both in ropes and cloth, is a one-way operation as it involves reordering most particles and all constraints, to keep optimal batching for parallelization.
