Suggestion / Idea Documentation and Tooltips

Hi,

I saw the field "Accurate Contacts" in the ObiCollider class. It didn't have a tooltip in the Unity inspector, and I also couldn't find it in the User Manual nor API Docs.

I would suggest the following improvements, in order of how valuable they would be to me

1. Anything visible in the inspector should have a tooltip
   
2. Make sure API documentation is up to date
   
3. Make sure User Manual contacts descriptions of anything visual in the inspector
