Ok, It kind of works in Unity Pro but not in Unity Personal.

I use Unity collab between laptops.

Any ideas?

Updated    : Both are now working fine. I have to re-import them manually.
Updated 2 : When I do the update from one side, the other get the errors that it cannot find the point references. I assume that I have to work on one computer for now preventing re-import the asset every time I update from one another.
