When use softbody. my skinned mesh messed up

if no softbody used ,then everything is fine.
if attach the softbody,then mesh messed up.

the shoulder and chest are messed up

Make sure the softbody's "skinning max distance" is small enough not to grab vertices too far away from the softbody particles. See:
