Hello, I am experiencing same problems... Crashed during fresh ObiRope import. When I open Unity (2018.3.2f1) and try to create ObiSolver (for example), Unity crashes again.
Could you please provide those .dlls again, as WeTransfer link seems to be dead.
Or, more preferably, fix it in the asset itself?
