Have tried the most things i can find in tutorial videos, forum etc.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before or know how i can fix it?.

Hi!

This really looks like the rope is simultaneously colliding with and attached to the hook. This will result in attachments and collisions fighting each other, since the rope cannot be simultaneously inside (attachment) and outside (collision) the hook. This problem is described in the manual, along with the solution:
http://obi.virtualmethodstudio.com/manua...aints.html

Make sure you've set up collision filtering appropiately to avoid contacts being generated between the tip of the rope and the hook.
