1.- Nope, clay is not a fluid but a plastic solid.
2.- No, since Obi can only simulate fluids.
3.- WebGL does not support threads and Obi is heavily multithreaded, so it cannot run using WebGL. Only supported platforms as of now are Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android.
