Hello,can you help me about calculating about amount of liquid in bucket?

When you say "amount", do you mean number of particles, volume, or some other quantity?

To measure this, you can use a trigger collider encompassing the bucket, then subscribe to the solver's OnCollision event and detect all particles inside the trigger. See:
