Help Obi Rope - cannot download version with surface-based collisions

I managed to fix the issue by deleting the cache location AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store-5.x and redownloading.

It is working now.

HOWEVER, there is a new problem. I'll make a new thread for it.
