Also, what Linux distro are you running?
Installed directly, I'm using the unity editor in windows 10 (obi 5.0 unity 2019.17f). Then building for linux 64 bits and testing it on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS (same computer/cpu, 2 partitions)
