Help How to enhance the spring power of rod?

• Higher particle mass
  
• More 'Stretch & Shear' & 'Bend & Twist' iterations, or make them sequential instead of parallel

Thanks a lot.  The second one is what I want. Different material can be setting different mass, and it has different strength.
