VR in URP is not supported at the moment. For the built-in render pipeline, you need to use two separate cameras (one for each eye) and set them both up with a fluid renderer. See:

If at any point you feel like Obi doesn't meet your specific use case (for instance if you were hoping to use VR + URP) that's covered by refunds. Let me know if you need further help,
