This is a known issue when using the light mapper in shadow mask mode in d3d11. It has been fixed in 3.3, which is due to be released. Just replace Obi/Resources/ObiMaterials/ParticleShader.shader and Obi/Resources/ObiMaterials/SimpleParticleShader.shader with the ones you'll find attached.
