My OBI rope goes through the plane - afinch - 03-12-2018

I got obi rope very recently and im a complete noob!
My rope keeps going through the floor, is there any way I can stop this? thanks

not sure if you tried this but adding a obi collider. not just a regular collider. because rope looks for obi-collider. just goto add component and in obi folder there it is
