Earth simulation for heavy machinery - dalkia - 21-08-2018 Hi! I need to simulate earth for a heavy simulation machinery. I wanted to ask, is it posible to tweak ObiFluid for that purpose? Thanks! I'd also be interested in running a similar simulation. ___________________________________________ Alexandra from https://rbi-he.com/ RE: Earth simulation for heavy machinery - josemendez - 19-12-2022 (19-12-2022, 01:43 PM)Pop Alexandra Wrote: Were you able to do that? Obi can simulate granulars, see the included sample scenes. Now, earth moving simulation is way more than just granulars. In realtime, it's typically implemented using a combination of heightmap terrain, a soil layer-based system, and granulars. Neither the heightmap simulation or the soil layer simulation are provided by Obi. This is one example of a commercial solution where granulars were implemented using Obi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iuPqFvM0FZc kind regards, |
