I can't do anything to help you with so little information, other than advising to tweak your solver settings, and reduce the overall detail in your softbody blueprints. Some basic info:

- What's "very slow" in this context? what was you performance (in ms/frame) before integrating softbodies, and what is it right now?
- Have you followed the performance tips in the manual?
- Have you tried profiling to determine the cause?
- What platform are you targeting?
- What are your current solver settings?
- The number of softbody objects doesn't matter at all, the amount of particles does. What are your current blueprint settings, specifically resolution?
- What's your project's fixed timestep?
