Moving and placing particles - egorcool009 - 15-05-2022

Hello, I have a problem - I do not know how to fix the vertex of my wire.
The video shows that I pulled the wire (rope), but when I leave, it still returns to its place. I want to make a wire, but it turns out some kind of silicone. Help me please.

Hi!

Sorry, but I'm not sure if I understood your question. Seems like you want to fix a particle in place, correct?
All you have to do is set that particle's inverse mass to zero. That will fix the particle in place and allow you to manually set its position. See:
http://obi.virtualmethodstudio.com/manual/6.3/scriptingparticles.html

Quote:Inverse mass: Inverse mass for each particle. An inverse mass of 0 means the particle's mass is infinite, so its position will be unaffected by dynamics (allowing you to override it manually).
